* Pastor Ed's Bible Reading Challenge
         Matthew 4:4 says, "Jesus answered, It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God."  With this in mind, Pastor Ed has again challenged the congregation to join him and read the entire Bible in 2012.  To get started click here.  Read the Bible as its events occurred chronologically.  For example, Job lived sometime after the beginning of creation (Genesis 1), but before Abraham was born (Genesis 12).  As a result, the Book of Job is integrated into the Book of Genesis.

Please visit the church library.  It is conveniently located in the old Galilean Classroom.  Several new books have been added for your pleasure.  There is a limited number of resource books, videos, children's books and books to interest teens.  Books for leading small groups.  it is a good quiet place to study.  You will also find Liz Curtis Higgs books to prepare yourself when you see her at the 11th Moravian Women's Conference.  Enjoy your summer reading!
